Effect of agreement

When you use this website, this agreement becomes effective and you reaffirm the agreement every time you use the site.

Returns Policy

All products are quality tested at the time of manufacture, but in the unlikely even that you find defects, you may return it within 30 days after the date of purchase and we will replace it or offer a refund.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee 

If for any reason you are not satisified with the product, it may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and the cost of the product (excluding P&H) will be refunded. This offer is only valid if the product is returned undamaged with its original packaging.

Dispatch & Shipping

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Orders normally arrive within 1-6 business days of receiving payment for addresses within Australia, or 7-10 business days internationally.

Tax

All prices are inclusive of tax.

Duty and Customs

For customers outside of Australia, we do not take responsibility for any duties required by your authorities for customs clearance. If you are unsure of duty requirements in your region, please check with your local customs authorities.

Personally-identifiable information is not collected unless provided voluntarily and knowingly, such as when placing an order. All customer data (e.g. name, address) is stored offline once retrieved, and deleted when no longer needed. If you opt-in to out mailing list, your details will be used only to inform you of new products or promotions, and the occasional news item. We will not share these details with any 3rd party.

Reasonable control

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in cases where the failure was caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

The laws of Australia shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
